Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

✔ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

✔ You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

✔ Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

✔ All tags, bills, and labels must be intact.

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Used, worn, or damaged items after delivery

❌ Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

Return Process

1. Email us at shubhamjewellers.online@gmail.com with order details & photos.

2. Our team will verify and approve the return.

3. Pickup will be arranged from your address.

4. Once the product is received and inspected, refund/replacement will be processed.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
